EKKO Pavilion

Hello, I am trying to model the EKKO Pavilion by Thilo Frank (image attached). I am having trouble performing a sweep with a rotation. I would essentially like to sweep a square around a larger circle and have the square rotate once. I've managed to do this in Rhino but would like to be able to do it using a Grasshopper Script. Can anyone help?

I think my next steps would be to section the shape. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
