EggCrate Model Notches

Hey guys, 

I had a really complex polysurface that I have finally wrestled into planar section cut surfaces for an egg crate model. Now that I have these surfaces, I can't find a good way to get the notches. I want the horizontal ribs to attach to the outside. You can download my Rhino model at the link below- I can attach my gh work, but I honeslty have bits and pieces of different ideas put together.

Any help would be great!
