dynamic referencing by human resources and the possibilities of Ning?

We are all doing a great job on cross-referencing discussions here.

Even though there is this great invention of a search bar, it seems like similar questions pop up all the time. Sometimes they hold fruitful discussion, but were just tagged wrong in the beginning or have even started with addressing a complete different topic. Not everything can make it into FAQ either.

I am not very familiar with the capacities of Ning, but would there be the possibilities to have some kind of a voting system?

Even if it is just a like button, it could be helpful.

If not possible, the ability to rank by likes or number of comments (also for the gallery) would be very helpful in order to see through the fog sometimes.
