Dummy component to group elements

It's frequently the case that I'd like to group a few unconnected clusters - eg, a family of lines that are computed separately but conceptually related.

I'd like to be able to show / hide these as a unit, or to bake them all in a single operation.

Currently, I use the group component to combine them for visualization / baking - but usually after they have been baked, I want to ungroup them.

I know I could chain a group / ungroup component, but I was wondering if there was a single component that does what I'm looking for.
