DOE's Commercial Reference Building Models

Hello,

I'm trying to do Building Energy Modelling at Urban Scale using "DOE's Commercial Reference Building Models" as prototypes. I have imported to reference idf to Grasshoper, and it automatically created the geometry of the buildings. I added shadowing context to the building and run Energy Plus. It failes to fin a Construction Name (same for all the prototypes). In addition to this, the new Idf is missing a lot of the objects of the original one (the prototype). 

I can not figure out what the problem might be, I hope you can help me!
