Dividing a Surface

Hi everyone

i have a lofted surface in grasshopper and split it to five parts. i want to create different grid lines on each part with subsurface command. but grasshopper do not create the grids on each five parts, the grids are creating for the primary lofted surface.

can anyone help me please?
