algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Divided Surface Tower Not Working

 I have the definition completed and it creates two surface, the original surface and the new divide random surface, but at the end when it comes time to make into one object the t box is not created.  Any help is much appreciated.

I have provided the grasshopper definition

Also, please post the actual file rather than a screenshot, that way people don't have to spend half an hour recreating your work.
