Divide polysurface keeping lines relative?

Hi,

Dividing a single surface up using GH is fine, but is there a way to make GH recognize a polysurface as one entity so that it matches up all the divide lines? 

The first image is the original form before i put it into GH, you can see the thick lines where each surface is joined. 

second image shows where the GH the lines do not match up.
