Divide loft surface and attractor point

Hi everyone,

My question is, how can you divide a loftsurface and let these points follow another point (like the sun)?

I want the loftsurface to be split up in points. These points i want to follow an attractor point. 

I am trying to create a parametric tower which follows the sun, so that most of the surface have an optimal position for the sun. So the most energy can be generated. 

I am trying to get the principle of how to do it, so i attached a more simplified file.
