Divide curve in several fixed lenghts according to attractor point

Hello,

I've been struggling since few days on an operation:

I'd like to divide a curve, in different segments, with multiple fixed lenghts. And I need these to vary according to an attractor point.

For example, I'd like to divide a 100m long curve in segments of 7m, 10m, 12m and 15m.

I don't want there to be transitions gradually!! 

Furthermore, I'd like to control how much of 7m divisions there are or how much from 15m (these two would be the extrems) according to an attractor point in the middle.
