Determine a distance between the sides of a polygon (3D Voronoi cell?)

I'm working on a reticular structure and I need to know how can I control the distance from the edges of a Voronoi 3D.

I need to define a mid distance between polygon edges inside a Solid Mesh or Brep.

I need to set, for example, that the average distance is X mm.
Is it possible to do this starting, for example, from Voronoi 3D?

I know how to control the distance between the points, but I do not know how to control the distance between the edges of a polygon (which would be the cell of voronoi 3D).
