Delete points from surface side

Hello to all people and grasshopper lovers,

I would have a small help if it is possible :) Well, I used the definition of circle packing to integrate circles in a surface. But I feel it is not integrated as we can see circles and points placed along curve of surfaces ! I would like to delete them to facilitate integration of circles into surface ! I heard about "shift" function but I'm not sure if it is really that !
Any help would be welcome !
