Delaunay Triangulation problem - "Triangulation resulted in an empty mesh"

Hi everybody

I have applied "Delaunay Triangulation" Component on a list of points. Although it created a mesh that I was after, but a warning popped out "Triangulation resulted in an empty mesh". 

Afterwards I wanted to make more things on that mesh using Geco and Galapagos. It seems that because of this warning a number of other processes fails. 

Has anybody come across something like that? Please?
