Defintion issue

Hi everyone,

I´m trying to make this thing but i can´t find the way to do it properly, the project consist on a ring-form surface made from soft curves that conect the borders, i could do it on a planar surface but when it comes to the ring surface i get a weird result.

any comment will be appreciated.
