definition help

hello to everyone

I would like to get some help with my definition since i am not able to create the panels I am required to complete a coursework. I have created my shading devices and my frame which are spaced out as they are supposed to. However, I dont know how to create the opaque and clear panel as is shown in the page of the brief attached in this post along with the definition. 

The opaque panels should move according to the shading devices, being wider as shown in the brief.
