Data Parsing

Hello,

Im working with pulling particles to a surface and closest point. The effect I want is that if the closest point particle is above the surface, I dont want it to be pulled to the surface, but if the closest point is below to then pull it to the surface. I've attached the Rhino and Grasshopper files to clarify. So far I managed to boolean the result to get lists of the relative locations and a "true/false" list of whether to drag the points, but I cant figure out how to re-associate them and plug them into the pull to mesh.
