Data matching problem in reshaping the points list order

Dear all,

I want to construct a data structure with points list which can load the designed property for space unfolding.

For this purpose, I write a Vb script to define a suitable data structure to make this unfolding possible. But I can not find the solution for reshaping the order of points list.
