Data Matching_moved curves repeat on end of list

Hello All,

I am having some difficulty matching the data structure of the attached definition. The first issue is that the moved curves repeat after they run out of items that are supposed to be moved. I am pretty sure this issue can be solved using the shortest list component, which I have tried with no success.

Im also not too sure if my attractor is working properly. The two sets of curves are going to be lofted and make long panels across the structure (like a fence). I am trying to have the ends twist where the structure shrinks down.

Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated
