Daily Daylight Autonomy Calculation- Is this possible in Grasshopper?

Dear all!

I am doing my thesis related to optimizing building configuration for better daylight adequacy by using software and plugin such as Rhino, DIVA, Grasshopper and Octopus for multi-objective optimization. 
I am newbie in this field so maybe I am gonna pose some question in basic level of knowledge, there for please understand for my case and any help will be much appreciate...

I have a question about the Daylight Autonomy calculation. I wonder whether or not we can get the DAILY daylight autonomy or Dayligh sunlight exposure /(DSE) because I would like to optimize the daylighting performance day by day. So please help me if you guys have any idea that may be helpful for me...please.......
