Customized roof design for prevailing climatic condition

How can I design a roof for a opening of size 4 meter  x 12 meter in a building having height 16 meter ?

Roof design has to customized for prevailing climatic condition of that region , Approx wind speed is 39 meter / sec , We will be getting the weather data soon.

Can any one please suggest ideas for shape and geometry of such roof ?
