customized insole design using Rhino

Hi all, I am Joju George from India and I am new to here also with Rhino software. I want to design a customised foot insole using Rhino, but I don't have much knowledge in Rhino. So please help me to select a most suitable plug in application used for the same and the Rhino version for that plug in.
