Customize Remote Control Panel
From what i can see it does not appear possible to re-arrange control sliders within the remote control panel.
It would be nice if there were a similar up/down control as in the rhino layers menu.
Other desirable functionality would be the option to hide or even group certain controls so that the remote control could be a standalone interface to allow sharing of definitions with non-grasshopper users

The control panel is being completely redesigned and should have most of the functionality that you are looking for in the next release.
