Custom GH component: input via right-click menu

Hi,

 I want to add something like the 'Value' -> {'Min','Max','Val'} option we get on right-clicking on the Number Slider component to my custom component. How do I manage this?

 Also these parameters are not the normal inputs. They can be accessed only by right clicking.  I am using C#.
