curves network

hi all,

I almost have the solution but It doesn't work properly, as you can see.

There are two families of curves and I want to build a surface by using them.

Curves network doesn't work either, I wonder if the patch should be closed.

Besides I wonder how it could be transformed into a quadrilateral mesh too.

Any help would be appreciated.
