Curve Rebuilding from modified Control Points

Hello,

I am trying to deform multiple curves based on manipulation of control points, the control point manipulation must be restricted to specific 'rows' with the deformation restricted to a single direction (thus nudibranch will not work), and require that the curves remain separate once rebuilt. 

The definition seems to be performing correctly however there seems to be an issue rebuilding the curves once the control point moves are made.
