Why is it that  when using the curve offset that it always offsets the first Item in the List into the other direction?

Hi,

Do you flip a crv ?

Are you sure that your curves are in the same direction?

Yes they are all generated from one drawn curve.

As said it is allways the first curve in the List.

When you jitter the list it's a diffrent curve (as the images should show)

The problem you have is that the direction of the Rhino Offset Curve is always user driven by a side that you hover the mouse on. With tapping into the SDK from Grasshopper David has to try and do this without any user interaction. However, there seems to be some inconsistency in how the Rhino routine supports this process, therefore throwing up these bugs.

A work around is needed by the user in most cases, this could involve a process of always generating both sides and then culling based on some criteria that fits your purpose. What that is I could say as its not always that straight forward.

I am not shure how that correlates to the observation that it is always the first curve in the list ?

I have this exact same problem. Please let me know if you had any progress.
