curve divide/blend curves problem

Hello,

i want to create a set of lines which connects two sets of points on two curves with  to have a effect of "floating lines" similiar to the Pierres Vives Building by Zaha Hadid.

I'm stuck with connecting the line with the blend component.

Maybe someone have a approach to solute this, or to make get effect easier.
