Culling Segments between intersection Points

Hey ,

I have a question.

I have on the one Hand horizontal curves and on the other hand sin curves.

I pulled them on a sweep one rail brep to get the intersection points.

Now I want the segments between the intersection Points and cull them by Boolean Toogle "True False". I did the Division with the shatter component.

My plan was to get two different lists of horizontal curves.

True - one Segment cut by sin curve

False - one Segment continuous

The main problem is culling the different horizontal curves. and the cut segments
