Culling and Replacing Values Under a Threshold

Hi,

I have a set of values obtained from a sampled image ranged from 0-1. I am looking to remove all values under a certain amount and replace them with a value of 0.

I tried to use a Pattern Cull but the result ­­''sagged'' - from what I can assume the pattern was missing input values. Maybe I have to replace them with 0 values?
