cubes inside box

Hi guys ,

I would like  to create multiple cubes inside a big box with sizes of 3,6,9,12 in relation to the attr points( with no overlaps and voids).can any one help me how i can achieve that.

I have already tried but it is very cumbersome and manually looping them.If anyone can help me it would be great.I have attached screenshots of what i m intending to do.
