Cross Reference Output Sorting

Hello everyone,

i am trying to use Cross Reference in order to intersect a bunch of breps. Unfortunately the output is ordered in a way that does not make much sense to me:

Why is output ordered as in [A]? Wouldn't [B] be more natural?

How can I achieve the order as in the third panel? This would be very useful since rather than a list of all intersections, this tree would contain the information what two items the intersection is a result of.

Use Lower Triangle (strict) option and swap A for B..

I got it to spew out the tree structure I wanted, although it probably could have been done simpler.
