Creating Notches through a non orthogonal geometry

Hi everyone, I need some help because I cant seem to get my Rhino Model to work. I have created this model and I need to create the notches in order to connect the ribs to the single surface in order to fabricate. ( I have the baked file attached)

Please help :)
