Creating Multiple Tangents

Hi Guys, Im trying to return a set of tangents from a series of circle/curves from a single point. The tangent returns for one of the instances, however not for the others. Does anyone know what I should do? Its giving me a run time error of ' point must be co planar with circle', which doesn't make sense because it is a point! Can anyone help?
