creating grid from scratch

Hi,

Im trying to craete a grid in grasshopper using paneling tools,panar grid command.

im able to draw lines between alternative points as shown in figure.

now i want to create lines between opposite points as shown.how do i create?i have attached the files also.please help me in creating grid
