Creating closed volume from points and bounced rays

Hi

I am helping a friend with his thesis project on reverse engineering sound to create architectural form. I have a source point and a receiver point and a number of bounce points between them. Using this set of information, I need to create a closed volume that maintains the bounce points and path from source to receiver. The shape/quality of the volume isn't important.

I'm not sure exactly where to start. I have attached the rhino and ghx, as well as an image of a volume that I made by hand. I need to be able to do many iterations of this, maybe a few hundred even, so I have to find a way to automate it.

Any help getting started is appreciated!
