Creating city map with addresses as points

Hi All

I have a CSV data that includes Addresses and post codes and Long,Lat data that I added by Geocoding, I want to have a view of google map or any map and these post codes (addressess) to be shown as series of points on top of that map in rhino. Can you please help me on how I can create that.
