Creating a render farm

Hey everrybody,

I know that this platform is more used for troubles with grasshopper and maybe coding, and I hope Im not troubling you with my question.

Im looking into assemblying a render farm, but I have to recognize I am not too computer savy, I just handle the basics.  I would like to know, how can I get the most out of a budget of about €3000.

Which components does a render farm actually need?

In which should I spend more money on and on which ones can I spare?

I know cooling could be an issue... How do I avoid overheating my nodes?
