Create a curved line based on 2 attractor points.

I want to create a curved line that can vary in curvature based on 2 attractor points. It doesn't necessarily have to be based on 2 attractor points, but I want to control the curved shape of the line basically.

The end goal is to then "loft" this curve and project the square pattern as seen in the file on it.
