Copy an paste maintaining dowstream connections

Hi there,

Just wondering if there is a way to copy and paste a bunch of components and maintain the downstream connections.

I am using empty brep components as collectors for loads of facade elements and it would save me hours of reconnecting the downstream wires after each copy and paste.

Sorry no.

However two tricks for connecting wires which may make your life a little easier and few people know about:

  1. Right click during a wire drag to add a wire without stopping the 'make wire' tool. You'll have to hold Shift to make more than one wire, just as usual.
  2. You can rewire parameters by holding Ctrl+Shift and click-dragging all the wires from one input/output to another.
