Controlling Interpolated Curve

Hi all,

I have a set of points that I culled by a pattern (true false) and I want to have a line crossed through them. I thought interpolating a curve would be helpful. Unfortunately it interpolates not as I imagined. It should be crossed through the points. At the and what I try to achieve is a construction scaffolding. I would be really happy if you can help.
