control shape of origami

I find in the forum,most of the definition is simulating how the origami be folded.but at least now i havent found any definition or tutorial how to contol the shape of origami.For example, the definition could decide where the force come from,what kind of shape we want after folding.Now the definnition i found ,the origami is folded in ramdon shape .

If you know any difinition or tutorial,please tell me.thank you!
