Continued Issue with surface morph.

To anyone who can assist. My script is set to reproject [morph] a sinusoidal projection of the Earth onto a faceted sphere. As you can see in the image i am having issues with the curves being able to produce surfaces. Some do, and some don't. I have checked, using the script, if all of the curves are closed and if they have overlap. They are all closed, and have no overlap issues. 

Any advice?
