Connections of points in a three dimension module.

Hello, I hope i am posting in the correct section, but I am having trouble getting results as I am relatively new to grasshopper.

I have attached a rhino file containing a sample of the module that i want to produce in grasshopper (it's skewed, but in default form, it should be symmetrical).

It is to be placed over a divided surface in a similar way as shown in the attached image (1.)

I managed to resolve when the module was much simpler , however because I want  to connect each surface as shown in image (2). The new definition is messing up and i can't figure out how to solve it. I apologize for not explaining well enough, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
