Connecting points which are on same direction

Hi everyone! I am having trouble with connecting points. I kind of achieve that but not entirely so i want to line points in the other direction to create a grid which is consist of connection of the points on each surface. Here are the definition and the Rhino file. I'll be appreciated if anyone could help.
