Connecting points on surfaces in one direction

Hey,

I have points lying on several planar surfaces which I would like to connect along the 'y' axis.
(The points were created by Mesh|Curve Intersection of the said surfaces and the contour lines)

Starting from a sort of the "northernmost" point on each surface I want a line to connect it with the next point "south" lying on the same surface (or the other way around - starting from the south and going north) - I guess most of the time it would be the next closest point, though I'm not 100% sure.

I'm attaching a picture of what I have in mind as well as 3dm. and .gh files :)
