Connecting colses points and split Curves into segments

Hey every one

I'm working on this grid structure inspired by Kengo Kuma's YUSUHARA WOODEN BRIDGE MUSEUM.

I would like a vertical connection of lines in between the grid lines. The points that needs to connect are defined with intersection curves. But I have only manage to connect some levels, and where the other part of collecting points comes out in a random order which gives me issues when I try to connect them with a vertical line. 

Afterwards I would like the grid lines to be split into segments. The gridlines need to be split for every point on the curve and that also comes out wrong. 

This is so I can test the structure in Karamba.
