Connecting centroid to Brep faces

Hello, 

The problem I'm having is a bit complex to explain but I'll try. 

First thing is a Brep divided in a uv grid. The faces of the brep all have a centroid(1). 
Now I've made some centroids(2) that have the exact same position as the centroids(1). 

My goal is to keep the Brep faces that only have centroid(2).

Is there a command in grasshopper that can help me? 
I'm thinking of something like: " If face has centroid you can keep the face"
