Conceptual floor plan

Hello there

I simply need ideas for a conceptual work I do in the office.

It is a looping housing plan with a fixed size and I want to make make sth. which my boss can play around with. I did it as a simple line following 8 points and any ideas to make these points interactive to each other is welcome. I would prefer if they are elastic and aesthetic (probably some physics engine is used in that kind of script but I have no experience in that neither). Any idea and example would be highly apreciated, thanks in advance.
