Colliding bended Stripes

Hello,

i try to collide falling/bending stripes with already standing stripes...

(the collision is based on this video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?

For some reason my gh file doesen't work like i want it to do ... :/

The falling strips ignore the already existing stripes...instead of colliding with them

Would be awesome if someone could help me! :) :)

If uploaded my rhino and gh file  so you can see what it is about.
