Closed Planer Surface (Parametric Logo)

I have a parametric logo comprised of joined lines. I am taking the joined lines and creating a surface then extruding the surface, pretty simple. I cannot get a surface out of the planar curves therefore my extrusion is not capped. The "C" works but the "T" does not for some reason. Please see attached files, thanks for the help...
